Open Book will be held at the Osseo City Hall on Tuesday, May 16th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

New Water Treatment Facility

The City of Osseo will be testing computer equipment (Scada System) to the new water treatment plant today. We will be switching zones to fill the water tower next to city hall. Winter Parking Regulations

In the event of a snowfall of two (2) inches, parking is prohibited on any public street or alley in the City of Osseo until and after that particular street or alley has been plowed and the snow removed to the curbline regardless of the time of day. Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be cited and towed. The city shall announce that snow parking regulations are in effect by utilizing the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office automated messaging service.
